Please contact me by email if you you have any requirements you wish to discuss. I try to describe and photograph everything as accurately as possible. All findings are purchased from reputable UK jewellery suppliers and all wires comply with British Nickel Regulations.

I will accept refunds and exchanges within 10 days of receipt of product. Please inspect your jewellery when you receive it to ensure it is free from defects and you are happy with it. I am unable to refund or exchange after 10 days have passed from receipt of your purchase except under exceptional circumstances.
My policy lasts 10 days from receipt of product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I do not accept returns on bespoke items or items specially made or personalised unless faulty. Photos can be sent to you for approval prior to posting.
For hygiene reasons earrings are exempt from being returned unless faulty, allergies do not count as a fault all wires are Sterling or Argentium silver, Gold filled wire or Niobium they are low nickel or nickel free.
To complete your return, I will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned jewellery is received and inspected I will then send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service to return the item. I don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
